Dear Parents and students,

On behalf of the entire S. M. J. N. Family, I would like to welcome you all in the new academic session of 2022-23.

The society has been changing very rapidly and heading towards Globalisation. This in turn demands a promising and enthusiastic human resource prepared to meet the global corporate challenges. High level of competition among young minds requisite highly logical and versatile virtues embedded in them. We, all the fraternity members of S.M.J.N, are fully aware of our responsibility to develop and nurture our students in this context. We are highly dedicated in providing our guidance and support to students to travel the path towards this mission with pride and passion. I hope that we will surely bring change in the society in this way.

Covid-19 pandemic really altered the last three academic sessions i.e., 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22. This unprecedented crisis due to the pandemic has disrupted most of our work and daily activities. It is really assumed to be an uncertain period for all the stakeholders. We understand the challenges faced by you and your families. But I am proud of my students as they continued to demonstrate diligence, motivation and determination to work to the best of their abilities to learn through virtual classes.

Our talented and dedicated faculty members have been constantly showing their care and concern for the students. During the last three academic sessions, our faculty members worked with full of their commitments. They succeeded in accessing every student and parent through well planned and safe system of virtual classes and online assessment. Not only this our faculty members also shared ample study materials to make concepts easily accessible to the students. I appreciate their efforts and commitment towards academics.

A big hand for all the parents for their continuous support. Many parents sent letters and emails acknowledging our teachers for their hard work during the pandemic. We believe that this is the time not to just deal with the current emergency, but also build foundations of flexibility to cope such difficult situations in the future.

From this session we are well prepared for offline classes with all safety precautions of COVID-19. I request you all to abide by the directives of the Government and stand together to tide over the crisis.

I hope that this will be a great journey for you with us.

Stay well ! Stay positive! Keep Smiling!

With best wishes,

Dr. Sunil Kumar Batra
